Can you mod in the old character design?

I played the old Hyrbis Rebirth game with the anime character artwork.
Can I switch the old pictures with the new 3D ones or not possible?
I prefer the older ones, I think Evan and Kiro look better.

I haven't tried it yet, but then you have to make certain that files the old character designs (those you want to have) have the same names as the new (installed).

You find the files under D:\Steam\steamapps\common\HYBRIS - Pulse of Ruin\Graphics
Or you click right on the game name in the library, settings and then show files.

D is my drive, for you it is probably C.
Sometimes there is a User between Drive and Steam...

Hmm ok you can't just copy&paste them because then it looks like that:

So I had to change them myself in graphic program so they appear at the right position.
I mean, I like most new character designs, but I HATE Kiro (and Evan) and he is the main character :D
