Any way to replay character storylines?

I realised that once a character's storyline has concluded (one way or another), the only thing that can be replayed is sex scenes and minigames, if any. Is it possible to replay the actual storyline, with conversations and such? Ideally without starting a brand new game.

"Ideally without starting a brand new game." I'm aware that I can just delete my save file, but I was hoping that there was an easier, less destructive way. I tried searching the forums and it seems like deleting a contact will reset a storyline, but now I'm not sure.

Unfortunately just starting new game or deleting saves are the ways to replay character storyline. Saving game once just before meeting character is a good way too. If something goes wrong then it’s possible just to that load game save.

So just to be sure - deleting their contacts from the phone will NOT reset their storyline? I heard that wrong?

Deleting their contact resets their story. I did so with Lex to get both genders.

don't the genitals that Lex has only affect ONE scene? the scene that you can replay at any time?

Lex's gender also affects story elements in the preceding "dates." Lex's story actually does a fairly good job integrating different cosmetic elements. Not only is the player's gender accounted for in conversation, physical characteristics from character creation also appear to be accounted for. There's a fair bit about that story that can change.
