Female parts and dating Zenith and Dustin

If you make your character with female parts, (bobs and the slit or w/e) will there still be a huge dunck and balls in Zenith and Dustin's scenes? Both of these characters are dominants and funk you so it would just be a matter of removing those parts right? Especially in Dustun's scene. Thx

The slit option is a diffrent kind of benis. For lizards or something.
