Corpse Party save bonus

I have completed Corpse Party (the 2016 release) on this same computer/account, but when I start Book of Shadows it tells that there is not Corpse Party save found and I don't get the bonuses, can someone help me?

In the worst case scenario you should be able to copy the save files from the save folder in Corpse Party (2016)'s game files to the save folder for Book of Shadows and it should recognize them then.

Thanks for the reply. I tried copying the steam_autocloud.vdf file from the Corpse Party "save_data" folder into the Book of Shadows "save" folder and it didn't work. What I noticed is that the Book of Shadows save folder is empty despite I already being in chapter 3 and it loading fine in game, is it possible the actual save location is different?

The file you'll need is "game_data.dat". It should have been in that folder...

Thanks for the help, the issue was because the saves are on the main steam folder but I have the games installed on a separate hard drive. I copied the save into the game folder and got the Chapter 8 and CGs unlock.

One more nightmare for me to worry about while on the road to trying to get a game out on Steam, I guess...
