The Infinite Black 2

The Infinite Black 2

Multibox
I used to play TIB1 many years ago and to get anywhere you had to multibox several accounts. Do you need to do the same with this game? Can you do it with this game?

Thanks

No, multiboxing is explicitly forbidden and will result in all accounts banned. We have a policy of one account per player. This information and more can be found on Discord under "Wiki"

That said, the entire game was designed so that you don't need to multibox. Players can deploy and control up to 6 ships within one client.

While it may be forbidden, that won't stop people from doing it, and it's quite easy with a bit of knowhow to prevent a developer from ever catching you do it, (I multiboxed 12 accounts in a few games when I was much younger.) just as it is in any game. That being said, I don't actually know of anyone doing it currently in this game, there definitely are people doing it, but it seems to be rare enough to not be common.

There's no need to multibox, you can simply join a corporation and farm/map with other members, we usually build big stacks of ships among members, for yourself you can control a different number of ships as you go up levels, when you have more than 1 ship you can set them to follow you and they will attack your target. Also when you are playing in a group you can help heal others or use the assist function which shows you which target the leader is targeting, so you can focus fire on an enemy.
