honestly I love cashew and i am happy hes a dateable now, sadly I wasn't able to do the lte I think I was too late or smth but, I bought the package bundle for 200 dims and finished the cashew fling thing but I still dont have him unlocked?

If you go into the Cell Phone, you'll see on Cashews name "Requires : Freelancer(Writer)"

That means you need to get your Writer job to the level of Freelancer, then Cashew's next conversation will start.

Once you finish his next conversation, he will unlock as a full character.

how i know the conversation ended

At the end of the convo (when there is no more message countdown/timer), if you haven't unlocked him, it will direct you to the in-game shop to buy him for 200 gems.

If you already got his bundle, then once the message timer/countdown no longer appears, that is when you can check to see if he appears!

For reference: his final line is "You're... Really kind." followed by the player sending 2 messages with no final reply from him. That is the end of his entire phone fling!

There won't be any more message timers for new messages, and there won't be any requirements listed for him in the contacts list.
