Whenever things begin to slow down a lot, just reset. You'll get back to where you were really fast, especially in the early game.

If you unlocked a phone fling but havent clicked on them (aka, if you haven't seen their first message) they will reset. You'll have to unlock them again. But having 1 of their message is enough and will not reset. They will stay where they are, with the timer between messages not changing at all.

Update: I had already seen all the phone flings texts, so I reseted and now things are going a little bit faster with the main guys. And I haven't lost any progress with the phone fling guys.

All requirements get harder. Each boy's requirements are harder than previous.

Example: Kelby's X level is harder than Volk's X level.

The only apparent exception to this is Garret, as most of his levels before Lover + only require hobby levels and dates.
