How could i optimize this to run better?

i got a pretty good MSI laptop with a rtx 3060 laptop gpu, intel i-5 11400H and 16gb ram and i think the game gets ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up because of it, or is it supposed to be very bad fps? because i sometimes get like 30 which is more optimal for this then say 9 , whatever it is, is there a way to make it run better?

edit: played around with settings and now its fixed
