Otherwise if you're strictly after story DLC I recommend getting the season pass as it includes Bond Enhancement Pack 1 and 2 and the Brain Eater DLC. You ain't really missing out much unless you're after the Red Battle Attire set if you purchase the deluxe edition, the game's entire soundtrack is available on Spotify and Apple Music if you are subscribed to any of those services.
The digital soundtrack included in the deluxe edition only contains select tracks from the game and are just bog standard MP3 files and not high resolution ones.
For the plugin set gameplay wise they don't really enhance it that much and you can get much better ones, if you grind in game anyways and the cosmetics included in the deluxe edition are meh imho except for the Red Battle Attire set.

Don't really see the point of any of the DLCs though. Even if you enjoy the game you might find it overstays its welcome with how long it is (especially if you do both routes on Very Hard).
