I'm trying to complete this quest before I start my second play through but I can't for the life of me do the slam attack requirement. The game says to use RT when an enemy is knocked down but I can't get it to work and when it does it for some reason doesn't count. Just like the totally lost quest you need this specific skill that doesn't work when you need it to.

You need the Psychokinesis Finish skill unlocked. When an enemy is knocked down, holding down RT will grab a nearby item and slam it down on the enemy. You must specifically do nothing special before this, meaning no previous attacks, otherwise it will end up being a Psychokinesis follow-up attack, which won't count. Recommend using duplication and the other PK-user so you can spam lots of items into your target's face.

Intercept it with tsugumi, it would result to knockdown. Unless you get unlucky and instead of knockdown the enemy got burn effect and flinched instead.

So it turns out the slam attack the game wants you to do for this quest is not the psychokinesis finish. You need the slam skill where you hold Y while mid-air. In other news, you don't need to complete every quest just 30 of them. There are 34 quests apparently and if you skip the really annoying ones you'll still get the achievement if thats what you're after. I skipped doing "Totally Lost" on Yuito's playthrough and after doing like 8 quests in Kasane's the achievement unlocked.
