Questions about the simulator/ getting materials for the DLC presents

I've beaten Yuito's story and I'm 90% of the way through Kasane's using my NG+ file from Yuito. I'm level 61. I'm trying to get the EX Bond stuff and I'm having trouble getting the materials for them because the level gap for the simulator is so high. I've leveled up maybe 3 times in the entirety of Kasane's story.

Most of the simulator missions that drop what I need are level 90. Do you unlock awesome grinding spots after beating both stories? I've been doing simulator missions here and there but none of them so far give good xp even with the double xp chip. Do I just need to wait for the post game?

Jewel Pools in VR missions give better exp. If you get good at fighting the bosses like Coil Moil they will also give some good exp with a chance at a higher level jewel pool.
They also seem to drop from lower level ones just at a lower rate. Braincrush helps.
