How do you get this weapon use record+*. I see the weapon use record* to buy but not the other one

im not sure but I'm guessing NG+?

I don't think you need to go as far as NG+, but it will not be available till very late in the game on your first playthru.

they are late game weapons as far as i remember but can't help you that much since last i played was in 2021 , i've only replayed it to finish the 2 last achievement i had to do aka finish 40 enemies in brain field and finish the whole brain tree ( last achievement is get all achievement)
