The only thing appears in there it's just my new save file that I just created few sec ago...
I'm curious what files you see? I'm only seeing SAVEDATA_SYSTEM.sav.
One thing I've noticed is that Bamco set a Steam Cloud limit of 16MB[steamdb.info]. My file with the actual saved games (SAVEDATA_NORMAL.sav) is like 28MB.
For now, I've disabled Steam Cloud with Scarlet Nexus and sync the files over semi-automatically (via syncthing)... but that's kinda annoying. But it works.
%localappdata%\BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment\SCARLET NEXUS\Saved\SaveGames\
The game uses checkpoint saves, so the save file size shouldn't be so bloated.
I tend to use all available save slots, only overwriting the oldest one once all slots are full. And I'm a day 1 player (i.e. I probably did most of my playthroughs on earlier patches). So I don't know.
I didn't open this thread and other people have complained in the past, so maybe it isn't a rare issue.
All they probably have to do is double the quota...
Anyway, assuming each slot is roughly 1MB, sticking to 16 slots should make it sync. That's still a lot of slots to play around with. You can also try writing to the Bandai Namco support and ask them to increase the quota.
