Then contact the support, the 2h refund is from an autonomous system and no auto system is perfect, ♥♥♥♥ happen from time to time. In those case (again) contact the support

You're doing God's work as far as any of us are concerned.

Never trust anyone who says "Never pre-order" because there will always be that one game they break their own rule for. Fallout 4, Cyberpunk 2077 and No Man's Sky are examples of this. I literally saw the anti-pre order cult/sheep on that game forum talking about how they pre-ordered and were excited for the game. They were like "This game os actually worth it".. Games came out and were terrible. At leadt with Scarlet Nexus we know what we're getting and same with Nier Replicant.

Point being, even those who preach "Don't pre-order!" pre-order and sometimes nobody knows. They can lie all they want I guess.

I think the mentality started on consoles, especially PS since they don't have a refund system, on other hand Steam have and people still do this is beyond me, I mean you lose absolutely nothing when you pre-order a game on Steam, the only case is you forgot to request one after 14 day of waiting launch reviews and even so, the support staff might give you your refund too (not always of course)
