Which Code Vein is a Prequel for God Eater....

Code Vein isn't a prequel to God Eater, it's just set in the same universe.

Still, wouldn't be surprised if this is also connected to god eater.

Man this Universe Earth is so messed up XD and I still see it as a Prequel because those Code Vein acts like the GodEater Users from the 2nd Game.
I know its the same universe but the Timeline is very loose.

I havent played God eater and hence probably why i missed it. But if its about that big uhhhh thing beyond the veil then i suppose that makes sense as that is what they are fighting in God Eater i think. (should this be in spoilers?)

I only saw part of the anime so i cant quite remember

Edit: Anyway if they truly are strongly connected and i can find the ending to this story then i might have to start playing God Eater. I just feel i am waaaay to late to that party. I was just hoping for a Code Vein 2.

to those who don't get it Code Vein's Revenants are basically a Pre-cursor to the God Eaters basically pre Gen 1 God Eaters whose Jinkis/God Arcs are actually just a singular form and can't transform into what we see in God Eater 1

Although unlike the Gen 1 God Eaters which Fenrir uses to Evolve and Improve to create the Gen 2, they are more akin to God Eater 2 FRIAR SF Blood Gen 3.

I wouldn't wonder honestly. But i like how it's not clearly told. Gives room for speculations. Outside of the bubble that was Code Veins world you could see a Dyaus Pita (a God Eater monster). I wouldn't wonder if you get a blood code, god arc or aragami reference in the game. Would be also epic to see a cameo of a GE or CV character.

I like your description. Big fan of all of the above mentioned games and love cresting cross theories. Recently playing through god eater 2 again I noticed early on Rachel mentioned the formula used for the god eaters of Blood SF was a previously abandoned method because while or altered the blood and ((presumably created revenants)) the results were moved and costly ((human life? The mayhem wrought by the queen?)) So in have a theory then that as you've already guessed, god eater 2's sf are the most closely tied to the revenants of all the god eaters. Of which they ball undoubtedly share some connection based on the descriptions of the parasite and other events portrayed in code vein

actually the original name of the Game was God Eater Zero so yes it actually is a prequel. It was later changed to Code Vein to make the Aragami a twist.

This isnt really even hidden most trivia about the game makes it clear its a prequel

I haven't played God Eater but its a very famous title. I watched a few episodes of the anime back in the day. It just clicked when i found out it was related and thought about the ending cutscene.

Other then that if there were enemies midgame that resembled God Eater mid game then I would not know about it.

Sadly the games are not region priced and so out of my price range to try out.
