What do you expect rendering at 1440p

in the summer? Pretty normal yeah.

Lol what, can't tell if serious or trolling? 75º is perfectly fine. Even if it isn't something you normally see, this is perfectly safe.

PC's usually shutdown themselves after they reach 90°-95° as a safeguard, so no worries

It's perfectly ok & normal for CPU's and GPU's of this era to run at up to 80-89°c without causing system instability such as crashes or blue screens.

If you are really that worried about your temperatures, you could muck around with the voltages/frequencies. Turn off things like Intel Turbo Boost (aka Precision Boost), and specify your own voltages for each/all cores as well as custom frequencies. Or utilise custom voltage curves if you still want to use the default overclocking behaviours if you have the option to do so.

- I had my Skylake 6700k running at 4.20Ghz All-Core at 1.12v stable, 100% temp 62°c
- I had my Ryzen 3900x running at 4.30Ghz All-Core at 1.30v stable, 100% temp 83°c
- I've got my Ryzen 5950x running at 4.40Ghz All-Core at 1.136v stable, 100% temp 58°c

- I've got my RTX 2080 Ti running at 1875/7000 at 0.900v, 100% temp 57°c @ 60% fan

You can use MSI Afterburner if you want to tweak the voltages and frequencies for your RTX card. Use the Curve Editor.

Hm. My old 3900X would just blue screen once it reached 93-94°c (that is when the AIO pump stopped pumping effectively). I think these days they shut down closer to around the 100°c mark. GPU's and CPU's seem to behave very similar.
