Max Bond? [may contain spoilerz]

So i've finished the story with Yuito but i can't get max bond with Luka, Arashi, Kyoka, Shiden and Kagero, still stuck with all of them being Level 5 even if i did all the bond episodes when they texted me or when available at the hideout and gifted everything i could craft or get from quests
i was worried at the end game since Gemma wasn't maxed but got the bond episode after the end game while the others didn't ask or did anything
did i miss some steps? anyone in the same condition?

if you have gifted every item at least once than I can tell you for certain that they will eventually get to 6 if you just put them in your party when you go out and fight. I had to get 4 of them to 6 while I was right at the final boss of the game so I just took them around while I grinded levels. I hear you can switch between both characters after you beat the boss in ng+, but I'm still doing my 2nd run so I can't confirm this.

so if i put them in my team and fight alongside with them i can raise the bond?

that is what I personally did and they eventually got to 6. So if you are interested in any of the achievements than you might as well grind some levels with the people in your party.

I get the Yuito OG platoon to bond 6 on phase 7.

From my experience, getting from 5 to 6 you need 22 - 25 red heart gift (yes I counted and each companion differs)

Edit: this is of course the grindy way, you can just raise bond "organically" such as using vision and stuff.
