Team bond is stuck at Level 5

I have all trust levels at 6 and I gave everyone every possible gift at least once. So what is missing?

edit: I have already cleard the main story too.

You can keep gifting them dupes or fighting with them in the active party. They'll eventually reach level 6.

6 team bound will be after you gift all presents.

you also should play with evryone, they should say that on map.
6 bound with evryone and see all group scenes.
I hade 5 before found last item to Gemma, fishroad. After that 6 team bound opened.

Sorry. I don't really understand what you mean (English is not my first language). The individual bound level off all characters is already Level 6. And since everyone has gotten all possible gits I don't know what's left to do get to Team Bound Level 6.
Maybe I have to use their powers in combat more often?

No, only with Yuito. I would like to get max all Bound Levels before i start with Kasane.

Try play with everyone character in your team. As companion. May be there problem.
And check all presents, cos really easy lost 1 item...
Before 11 story phase i got 6 teams bound.
