Important Mission: Brain Field Super Armor???

This post game quest is to get the phantom art for Hanabi and i need to kill an enemy with Brain Field Super Armor but i just don't know what it refers to i think it's a mistranslation?

Also can't really try to kill the enemies in repeat with the brain field since my character is fully leveled up and just one shot enemies in difficult.

If you're certain you're reading off the right quest, that looks like a mistranslation.

For Hanabi, the first criterion is to defeat four of those enemies with SAS pyro effect active. The second is to simply do a double brain crush. This means just have two enemies with the L2 icon active so you can take both out together.

I'm playing it in Japanese so I could grab a screen of the quest description if it helps.

i used Gamma before popping off a field, thinking thats what would give me Brain Field Super Armor.... on 2 trash mummies in the construction zone ... wish i knew before giving up to start another playthough...

Im trying this, but i cant get them to actually break, i kill them in one hit unable to be able to actually crush them.. What can i do?

Use Kagero Hanabi and Tsugumi power then charge Y attack when you can hit multiple enemies, it should break armor.
If not i think there's some plugins chips that helps breaking armor faster but i'm not sure

Crush specialization and double edge one (with max crush skills) one shot enemies into Brain Crush status.. most of the time..

In the second subway area, go to the right upon starting out and there's a room where 3 enemies spawn as well as some iron girders you can L2. Get all the enemies together then use the girders, it demolishes their crush gauges and won't kill them. Then you can brain crush 3 at once.

If you are high enough level and have the virtual missions you can find them there pretty easily. Crush > attack items so they break instead of dying from damage. Just make sure to wait a second before using brain crush.
The description does not say this but you need to brain crush BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. If you do it too quickly you will end up brain crushing one. Make sure both have been in brain crush state for at least a second or two and you should see both enemies float up and getting crushed at the same time.
