Can't select 4K in settings
Regardless what resolution i use in WIndows, 1080p is the highest option in the menu. How do we play this in 4K?

Yep, must be something on your end. My game started by default in 4k.

Its on my end, but the problem isn't on my end. I can play other games on 4k just fine, it's likely just stumbling on some weird setting. We all know japanese programing.

Just tried Code Vein as it's made by the same company. I can run code vein with 4k no problem whatsoever. But Scarlet Nexus refuses to show me options over 1920x1080

Found the problem. Apparently the game hates Msi afterburner

Wait i was having this issue too, and all it was for you was Afterburner?

ok well I have the same issue and don't use afterburner

unless I pick borderless fullscreen it won't go higher than 1080p on a 1440p monitor and a 4k tv?

other ♥♥♥♥ works fine, probably gotta ini edit.

Go to your Scarlet Nexus steam install, then Scarlet Nexus, Binaries, Win64, and go to the properties of your 'scarletnexus-win64-shipping' exe, compatibility tab in properties, change high dpi settings, tick the default at the bottom for High DPI Scaling override. Should be set to application. Should work

But I am curious how afterburner caused it.

Ya ♥♥♥♥ it between this and the messed up everything it seems imma just go and pick this up on PS5 i think...It really is kinda annoying.

even editing the ini file won't make it work

I mean ♥♥♥♥ this is UE4 this should be easy street...
