Does anyone know how to fix stutters in combat and cutscenes?
I'm experiencing pretty bad stutter/freezes when I hit enemies and when the pictures change during cutscenes. I'm working with a 5600X and a 6800XT. I tried some of the suggestions mentioned in other threads already, but those didn't fix it for me.
Has anyone managed to find a solution for that problem yet?

Enable Radeon Enhanced Sync in Radeon Software. In my case (I use RX 6900 XT) it fixed the stutter issue.

I turned it on but it doesn't seem to fix the stuttering. Is there anything else you have on?

I have the same issue and tried multiple things.

Unfortunately the only thing that seems to lower it is either to unlock FPS (the higher you go the less you see it).

Or lowering the resolution, it fix it almost entirely at 1080p for me but I don't want to play at 1080p

I have a gtx1070 and I7 8700 by the way

I have disabled vsync in game (I use FRTC to cap fps globally to 120 fps). Except that I didn't change anything - all in-game settings are maxed out, resolution 3440x1440 (which is in fact 2560x1440 since the game does not support 21:9).

the gpu (mine at least) spiked to 99 or 100% usage where there is a transition in cutscenes, maybe there is some issue loading the next scene or some effect that cause my GPU to struggle. it's weird because if I unlock or lock my fps it seems to lower the stutter.

Same issue with my 6900XT when playing in 3440x1440. It also doesn't matter if I unlocked ultrawide via hexedit/unreal engine unlocker or not, happens either way. At first I thought it was some kind of hit-stop other games sometimes use, but seeing my fps jump around like crazy every time I hit something or during cutscene transitions definitely isn't intentional.

Cranking up the internal resolution to 200% via engine.ini seemed to alleviate the problem, but it tanks the fps too much for my taste. I have tried every combination of settings and nothing else fixes it.

I have the same problem running 2700x and 6900XT. I haven't found a fix for it either.

How did you set the internal resolution in engine.ini?

Go to the configuration file(s) location.
Open Engine.ini.
Add the following and save the file.

[SystemSettings]
r.ScreenPercentage=xxx.000000

it depends on many things, what resolution are you playing at ? because my problem dissapear at 1080p but I don't like playing at that resolution unfortunately...
