They're all cosmetic, so it's a matter of preference. Personally I prefer the original outfits better.

Much of them are just cosmetic, like outfits or accessories.

But they’re also 3 items that give different attributes like pv / def, exp, powers up…

Personally, I haven't been using the preorder cosmetics at all lol. I preordered the Deluxe Edition and I like the Red Attire set included in that a lot more so I use those instead.

Nope. As far as I know, the preorder bonuses are only available to those who preordered. There's no way to purchase them separately either.

Ah that sucks, sorry to hear that :( You're not missing out on too much I would say if you play without the preorder cosmetics (unless you like how they look and stuff). I don't even use the attachments since it feels weird during serious cutscenes if your characters are wearing dolls on their shoulder lol. The red attire set looks really neat however.
