I can't use Dualshock 5 play this game

The controller works but I have xbox buttons in game. It showed playstation buttons until I restarted the game. Make sure you checked in the dual sense controller in steam settings before playing.

You probably have to disable Steam controller support for this game and use DS4Windows. But doing that will probably disable haptic feedback/vibration like it does in other games

Just tried it for myself with a DS4 and it didn't work. Sucks, but I got a Xbox One controller so I'm ok until someone makes a mod

on a side note, does it have haptic feedback? want to get this on PC 'cause it is cheaper but the dualsense gimmick is quite nice, might get on ps5 eventually if it doesn't support on PC.

It's actually a bit depressing. I played the Demo on my Ps5, and the haptic feedback + adaptive triggers felt awesome. It's not on the steam version.

You can still use a Ps5 controller no problem, it's just not as immersive. Also I can't find a way to change the controller symbols to the Playstation ones. They default to Xbox symbols.

Yes this "works" but then the DPAD doesnt and X isnt accept, Square is...so the controls dont work

That is weird. When I did this it did change the symbols to the playstation ones... But all the controls got messed up. X did nothing and L2 stopped working for some reason. Lol.

I fixed it by turning off DS4 and enabling PlayStation Configuration Support in Steam Big Picture mode's Controller settings.

Alternatively go to Properties > Controller Settings > Controller General Settings - which leads to Steam Big Picture Mode.
