And you have that proof...where? Oh right prolly from the other post that claims that it has Denuvo? Let's be honest here you're just looking for justification to pirate the game anyway.
So unless they are literally adding Denuvo to it tonight, it does not (and will not) have Denuvo.
Imagine if people got upset about real issues like they do for a barely noticeable DRM.
Not always.
I don't know if this game has it or not, and I'm not commenting on that, but it's 100% false that it's always mentioned on the store page.
Guess I'll post this here too
Pretty sure they're talking about Steam. Usually if Denuvo is involved, they will include it into the EULA by mentioning it. Maybe look into other Bandai games without Denuvo to see if they have the same paragraph in the EULA.
An example of Denuvo in a Bandai game, this was in Code Vein's EULA
24. THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE.
a) Denuvo. This Game is protected by Denuvo Anti-Tamper technology (“Anti-Tamper Technology”). By installing this Game, you acknowledge and consent that certain files of the Anti-Tamper Technology may remain even after the Game is uninstalled from your computer. For more information, please visit Denuvo’s website.
To add to this, Little Nightmares II has the same section 3c in their Eula but does not have Denuvo iirc.
I'm almost 100% sure there isn't Denuvo included in Scarlet Nexus. Can we stop with this misinformation?
{EDIT: I tried linking to the games through this curator's comments:
https://store.steampowered.com/curator/26095454-Denuvo-Games
But that didn't seem to work. So I'll link what they linked below each game instead.
You can also go look in the forums to see people talking about it.}
Here are a few that don't mention it at all:

This one doesn't explicitly mention it on the store page, but at least it's in the EULA:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/502500/ACE_COMBAT_7_SKIES_UNKNOWN
https://store.steampowered.com/eula/502500_eula_0
I've seen plenty over the years. I forget what, exactly, and most do list it, but enough don't that it's a concern.
I've also seen games add it post-launch. Anno 2205 comes to mind.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/375910/Anno_2205/
That one's listed on the store page, at least, but that's still a nasty surprise for those who bought it at launch. It was added later with DLC (which also added it to the base game).
Made worse by the fact that pre-launch, they specifically promised there wouldn't be extra DRM. So they suckered people into buying it at launch (since it didn't have extra DRM at launch), and then snuck Denuvo in later.
Really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scummy.
This game isn't denuvo, but the point still stands.
Yeah I know. Don't worry, people are horrible at reading on the internet, it's all good.
Yup, pity. I guess they just can't be bothered to remove it.
Abzu was one of them. It took -years- before they finally removed Denuvo from the Steam version, despite there being a GOG version for a long time.
Same with Sherlock Holmes... well, there's been a GOG version for years, but it still hasn't been removed on Steam.
I got Steam keys for both from Humble, but I didn't activate Abzu until they removed Denuvo, and I'm still waiting for Sherlock Holmes...
On the up side, more and more games are removing Denuvo months/years after launch these days, which is certainly a step in the right direction.
It's even happened to a few Square-Enix games recently, which really surprised me! (SE has been notorious about using Denuvo in everything and never removing it, until recently)
