Right click SCARLET NEXUS in your Steam games list (left side). Choose properties and you can see your installed DLCs there.
The" Battle Attire Set -Red- costume set for all characters" and other cosmetics you can pick up from the store (and save point) in the game (it opens up after you played a bit).
The digital soundtrack is under Steam\steamapps\music\SCARLET_NEXUS_OriginalSoundtrack
The digital artbook is under Steam\steamapps\common\ScarletNexus
Hope this helps.
I'm not sure if the DLC includes that but just going by the store page the Deluxe Edition does have two additional things not included in the DLC. Digital Deluxe adds one cosmetic item and 3 plugins for the early parts of the game. At least going by the store page of the individual DLCs that seems to be the case.
I'm currently wondering if that is worth it going for the Deluxe version now over just getting standard and waiting for a better discount on the DLCs later this year or next year... It's only adding cosmetics and stuff for outside of the game after all :/
