Crusaders of Light - NO SUPPORT FOR THIS GAME

PLEASE READ COMPLAINTS ON CRUSADERS OF LIGHT FORUMS BEFORE PLAYING.

Reported this game to Steam, who still allowed this game on their platform. One of the biggest issues is, there is NO SUPPORT for this game. None.

Complaints range from
> Missing game items
> NetEase is unable to look at personal game data when clients lose items. Instead they randomly compensate players. Whether you lost items or not. compensation is just not worth it.
> Char rating resets or you lose progress on your char rating. No Support. There is nothig you ca do.
> If you lose legendary items, nothing you can do. For some reason, gamers think going on the forums and complaining is going to get their items back. Its not.
> Speed hacks are ignored in this game. Especially in PvP mode for "Survival". Complaints go no were.
> If you pay real world money for items and don't get them, again, THERE IS NO SUPPORT FOR THIS GAME. You have to contact Steam for compensation, includes users on facebook (contact facebook) and Goggle Play (contact google). You will get no response from NetEase themselves.
> Starter classes are usesless. Warrior, Mystic, Ranger. Op class right now is Paladin. It's a Paladins world out there. NetEase to useless to balance all classes.
> When NetEAse updates their games, it's one of the worse moments in a gamers life. YOu will get error messages that game is no longer compatible with device or you will get black screens for fb users. I had to wait 2 months before they finally fixed the game for facebook users. Not everyone was able to play again.
> This is the first game in gaming history where I have seen serves go dead overnight. Compensation scandal where NetEase either under compensated players, didn't compensate the right people, and in some instances. Noob players got huge compensation payout even though they lost nothing.
> For those who don't know, RedPanda quit. This is the guy you see explaining classes on youtube. Forum mod for NetEase.
> Those wishing to make a complaint on facebook CoL page, Twitter Col Page will be told to contact support. As I have already stated, there is no support for this game.

Disgusting how NetEase has handled their management of this game. Great little game, but the support is just not there.

go on their forums and repeat that. They'll rip you a new one. You obviously haven't played this game. Some of us actually pay to play. I got my paid items, but lost them all from new update. Dude hasn't even played this game to make a comment.... nice.

I used to play on my tablet and now I play on steam, I don't get any problem at all.

Oh come on Ocho, even you've ignored all the posts on CoL Forums asking for support. No wonder RedPanda quit, he got the bulk of complaints. Can you tell me Ocho, why CoL forums is full of complaints from people who haven heard from support some as long as 6 or longer months. Myself, haven't heard from them for 4 months when all my legends, disappeared and gems was almost like a total wipe of char items, due to a big update which left me unable to play for almost 2 months. Still going to keep reporting this game to steam.

I have no issues with the game, have been playing one of the "Starter" classes since the game came out on IOS and Facebook, playing it on Steam now, I play every day.

I just checked after maintenance and did not work guild quests and DG Heroic and Mytic, they remain bugged

Forum mods for Crusaders of light have all quit. All games forums for NetEase. Only mods showing any sign of life is on facebook.Not a single person from CoL has heard from support for over 6 months. Clonning bugs is being ignored. (clone your char as much times as you want to receive huge rewards) no one is monitering the game.

Meh- don't like it so far. I don't see me and the other 3 I play with staying. Good luck with your MMO. The UI and inviting players seems to be the PITA for us to work with and navigate for the dungeons and each other.

This game is great compare to others Big Titles out there. Do not expect customer services to help you if you are free2play. As far as i know, most pay2play has better customer services/ supports from their staffs.

there is absolutly 0 support in this game, u only become marko answers! Its always the same plaplapla. One of our Mainhealer lost his necklace (2.5 mill gold) on indetify ... the support make NOTHING after 2 weeks he quit the game -.-
