public testing essentially is a testing ground for updates before they are fully released into squad

Right now, public testing has the new infantry combat overhaul with all new gunplay, suppression and movement mechanics

so you just launch the playtest from the public testing install or access via the main squad install?
when is the next playtest and when is this update actually getting released?
