If I had to guess, is not something that happened to Madotsuki but rather something she witnessed. She saw Monoe getting molested. Either by a teacher or by other student. (The puzzle on the school level consists on finding pieces of a ripped photography of Monoe, in this photo we can see that Monoe wasn't aware that she was being photographed, meaning that she was being stalked by somebody)
This can also be speculated by how after clearing the section you can find the famous FACE/King Red event, and it's represented on the dream diary as a very sinister looking door. The door Madotsuki inadvertedly opened without knowing what was on the other side.
KyuuKyuu-kun moving faster could represent how the aggressor had to act quick now that there was a witness.

In this game, the zipper is now also made out of flesh, making the carnal abuse more evident, possibly representing the hymen. (Although the zipper is textured after dry skin rather than inner skin)
Another interpretation (although is not very solid), the "too young for this" part could also be a reference to death. Monoe's sister (Monoko) has died recently (and this remake makes it more than clear by giving her blue floating flames around her, in the Japanese culture used to represent ghost and spirits) and she was very affected by that.
However, I can't see how this it's related to everything else in the level.
But if I may throw a garbagefreudian explanation out there to see if it sticks, how about this:
Back in school, Madotsuki saw Monoe as her "senpai", and stalked and annoyed her to no end while being oblivious to her feelings. One day, she caught Monoe inflagranti in a staircase with a dildo. Not knowing much about how sex works yet, Madotsuki felt very disturbed by what she saw and kept being haunted by the image in her dreams.
I guess you could also add the weird filters into the mix, everytime Monoe yells at you or un her fullscreen event there's a lot of chromatic aberration, bad vertical sync, etc.
My theory of this is that when Monoko died, Monoe was vulnerable and somebody took advantage of her. She may have consented to have sex, but this person was recording the intercourse in secret. And leaked the video to everybody in school, which brought public humilliation to Monoe.
What's the deal with Monokos death? Is this also a theory? Never heard of it until now.
In this game, however, it's more obvious that Monoko is supposed to be dead (because of the blue flames used in Japan to represent death and spririts), however, it may be implicit throught the level that Monoko was ridding on a bike when the accident happened. You can see a small shrine with a bicycle on it, and there are many 'no tresspass' lines around the latter part of the level, in one of them, there's a bike.
