What am I missing?

I have completed all of the concept art but my file remains at 97%. I think I missed one of the items for the inventory. Here is a list of items I have, can anyone tell me what is missing?

Stack of Books at the School? Now that I think about it, wasn't it required for the trade quest?

Sorry, I just double checked and I have the stack of books. I updated my post to reflect that.

I am really confused what I am missing. I've gotten both endings and all of the concept art.

Is this a bug?

Did you find all the red jellyfish in each world?

Yes, it is a requirement to get the secret ending. The only world I am missing for a jellyfish/egg is the ending world which I don't think have jellyfish/eggs.

Is it possible for someone who has completed the lucid dreaming achievement to compare their inventory with my list?

Go to the main menu and check your save file again. I'm thinking you might be short on the Dreams percentage.

There should be a total of 44 pages in the Dream Diary. If you have all of the Concept Art and the items, then you might be missing sketches then. There are probably very specific areas you haven't visited yet. Let me see what I can find.

I checked and counted the pages in the diary and I am missing two pages. I don't know which ones or where to get them?

I found out what your problem is. You're missing two Concept Arts that are adjacent to each other. The first one is Madotsuki with her eyes open. The second one is a female mannequin. I don't know EXACTLY where they are (I'm currently making a guide for all collectibles), but I suggest searching around the mall area. I do remember there's a well hidden Concept Art in the room full of cardboard boxes.
