Key to door outside the mall (warehouse?) elevator?

I've milked two more concept arts that I missed while searching for this, no luck. Been through every area thoroughly at least 3 times now.
I've gotten as far as I can without access to this area, I believe. Not much we can do until someone figures it out.

Same here, I've tried every effect in the mall but I can't find any key to that door...
Also I can't seem to find the jellyfish in the harbor map, any tip for that one?

Starting to have doubts this key exist or spawn properly.

Looking through the game files I found something called "RooftopKey" and "MainGateKey", but no idea where to find the ingame

There is also some kind of closed door in the 2nd manequin chase room. it doesn't prompt to use any items, but still seem weird. May this possibly be "main gate"? but it is actually small double door, so, i doubt it deserves "main gate" as its name. I tried everything i could think of, maybe these two doors somewhat connected in a puzzle, but to no result. Started new game, maybe something glitched before patch.

Found it. Whenever you enter the room full of boxes ( just before the room where you get spooked by the dolls in your bed ) in the warehouse you need to jump up to the left ( above the door ) and enter a secret room. You will need to navigate trough a corridor full of dolls with no lights on, which makes it impossible to complete unless you have a lamp, so make sure you have it. You should find a key there.
