Report a translation problem
Not that this means it doesn't exist anymore, but it legitimately was REALLY common pre-anvil. Also, I recall Noisestorm was fiddling with it to try to balance it, then moved away from the balancing, and maybe it got accidentally disabled or something.
Or maybe RNG just refuses to allow me to see that mod *shrug*
It would be more problematic to use with AOE weapons like Arcane Wand/Rocket Launcher because 1 splash would kill many but only give you 1 crystal trigger
