Chance Totem is broken, Noise

Through many runs here on TUC, I've found out that the advertised 25% can't be real, it's more like 10-20%

Also, half of the time it doesn't even reduce your max hp

True random chances just are like that.
Also pretty sure it doesn't reduce max HP if you have armor.

if that's the case, that's a really weird thing, because all the time back in the day it would reduce max hp regardless of armor
