I more so meant a setting that lets you shoot both guns with primary fire when using dual weapons instead of needing to change keys every time. Turning it on wouldn't affect single weapons.
Yeah lets just wait and see, this game still need a lot of stuff. I highly doubt this option you are talking about would ever make the priority list for 1.0 official launch
Gives me "no reload" on firing (whenever one weapon is reloading, the other is firing, so I have less effective fire rate, but no downtime), and I do that until I manage to get an "All you can eat."
That being said a toggle that simply checks what weapon you're using at the start of a run, and if it's dual, maps your M2 button to be the same as whatever you have selected for M1 seems like some very minor effort.
