I'm honestly surprised that the dev added an achievement for Ultra chaos, considering the above. It really REALLY doesn't need an achievement for True Ultra Chaos...and I say that as someone who has also beaten that difficulty myself.
Best strats for that mode are Money Shot and fast firing weapons like Laser Cannons(#1) and Minigun(#2) and you just run around and keep collecting money, or do some Driller/Paycheck stuff with other weapons and see what that lands you. You'll get lucky in some cases, in other cases not so much. True Nightmare mode will definitely seem right up in the alley of "skill" after playing TUC because you will have more control of what you can and can't do in your game
If you were to add the achievement for doing TUC only a handful of people might ever actually finish it, it's just a dumb mode
