NVIDIA Issues Fix
If u have any issues on the game like lad or slowdown. (I did on my GTX 1060 MaxQ) here's how to fix: Right click n click on Nvidia Control pannel. On 3d settings go to Program Settings. Click Add, then VIIR. Where it says Global Settings, switch it to NVIDIA HQ Graphics. N apply. Game will run smoothly. You're Welcome :3

I'm sorry but I don't have the Nvidia HQ Graphics option, I think maybe because I am using an older card, the GTX 950.

Excuse me? what is Nvidia HQ? I can't find it. I'm on a 970

My guess is that @crunchyotaku83 is referring to "Texture filtering - Quality" and setting that from the default which is Quality to High quality. You could do that to the global settings, or you could add v2r.exe to the Program Settings tab under Manage 3d settings and change that setting there so that it only applies to this game.

What the OP refers to is a 'fix' that applies only to laptops. The nvidia drivers on those show the option to set applications to use the mobo graphics chip or the dedicated nvidia graphics card. This 'fix' is posted in a lot of steam forums. Basically for laptop users with a dedicated nvidia card, they should do this for every game. If you are on a desktop, you most likely won't see this option at all.

Found this thread, applied the changes and now it runs nearly as smooth as the other Neptunia games. Very nice of you to have shared this!
U didn't see the minimum requirements before buying?

Guys, he is teaching how to set up a laptop with Nvidia Optimus technology so it uses the Nvidia GPU instead of iGPU.Some laptops have the physical connection between the display and the gpu in connected to the intel integrated graphics, so the laptop uses intel hd for light tasks and the nvidia gpu for gaming and heavy gpu dependant apps (that is Optimus in a nutshell) because of power efficiency. Because that is done via software guessing based on pre added profiles, some games arent configured to start always with the Nvidia GPU. So, that was his case.

Thanks for the answers, now I know what is going on. I guess my PC really needs to upgrade then.

Sorry for the late reply. I am using an i-5-7400 CPU@3.00GHz, 8GB RAM and an NVIDIA GTX950. Anymore information you need?

Hmm, you are above the stated minimal requirements, have you updated your drivers recently?

Yes, I did. Unfortunately the frame rate seems to be a lot slower than expected. Like everything is in slow motion.

U should be able to run it.
MINIMUM:
OS: Windows 7, 32bit, 64bit
Processor: Intel i5 2.3 GHz or AMD A9 2.9 GHz equivalent
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: Graphics card with 1GB VRAM or more and compatibility with Direct X 11.0 or higher

Yes, I can run it fine. But at 1080p full screen, my frame rate is really slow.
