Game will not start for me. It will initially bring up a white, windowed box, but that quickly disappears and the game fails to start. I have never had an issue running a Jack Pack Game before. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have validated my game files and they check out. I have tried Windows Compatiability to no avail.

16 GB Ram
GTX 1080

I have a problem: After launching the game, i press enter in the main menu to start, but it just stucks on the loading and nothing happens. What should i do? I never had this kind of issue in 4th pack

Looks like I have the same or almost the same problem as DJ NAZARBAYEV above :tmpgreendoll:

I press Start and even the list of the games doesn't appear, just nothing happens.
Tried to wait for 10 or 20 minutes and still nothing happens.
Reproduced on three different computers with Windows 7 and 10, 32-bit and 64-bit.

Make sure antivirus/antimalware programs aren't blocking the game. Check for drivers and Windows udpates. What types of cards are ya'll running?

Antiviruses and antimalware programs are turned off. I'm using Nvidia Geforce GT 635M

I do not have a anitivirus program running, so that is not the issue. I am running a EVGA GTX 1080 video card. It seems like to me that the program initially starts up but then closes down for a reason. Is there a log file I can look at to see where the problem might be occuring?

Same as above - the game fails to start right after pressing "start". It's a nice screensaver, but not a game.
Tested on MSI GTX 1050 OC & GT 740m laptop.

Tried both with antivirus and without it, on different networks. The card is Nvidia Geforce GT 540M (also tested on ATI Radeon HD 2600 and Intel HD 3000, though they don't follow system requirements but the result is same: intro, Start/Enter, then nothing happens and I just watch flying boxes).

Never had problems with all previous Jackbox games from old YDKJ to PP4. I don't think it's a card issue because intro and flying boxes animation are shown very well.

I can also confirm that updating my cards driver did nothing to solve this issue. Anyone know what kind of engine this game runs on? I'm a bit concerned I seem to be the only person that can't launch to the start screen. I will also test this on my laptop as soon as I can.

At least one other person has recreated this issue (2700X) so at least I feel better now.

This is my 5th game with your company and I have never had an issue with any of your games, so I think I can cut you a bit of slack on this...lol If only other developers had your track record what a wonderful gaming world it would be. I have no doubt you will get this fixed.

I tested this on my laptop with the following specs:

i7-7700
16GB Ram
GTX 1060m

I am able to get the game to start but what the game calls full scream only takes up part of the screen. It looks like a window locked to the top right corner of the screen. It doesn't stretch all the way to the bottom or to the right. It looks like the game is running at a different resolution than my laptop from the looks but I don't see a way to change the resolution. Other than that it seems playable. The difference I noticed was on my laptop steam loaded a Microsoft VC Distrub pack for this game and on my desktop I never saw that happen. Not sure if that is where the issue lies or if I just happened to have the pack already loaded on my desktop which is my main gaming system.
