What the hell Jackbox, you just lost ALL credibility

DECADES of game releases and the trust of your fans and someone decides to release a game that crashes at multiple point on multiple configurations, wont even launch on a number of systems using extrernal or multiple GPUs, has problems with fullscreen on higher resolutions and even more problems popping up every day.

This is an unmitigated disaster of a release. There is no excuse for this game going live in its current state. This is something that you might expect from some shame indy game in open access that rushes a release so people don’t call them a fraud, but not an established company putting out games that have no large technical difference from the games they have done before. I’ve preordered games and supported you on Kickstarter for every title in the past. Now I’ll wait until your games go on sale 75% off, knowing I can’t trust your titles at launch any more.

We hate hearing this and are very sorry for any problems you've encountered. We put our heart and soul into developing these games and do extensive internal and external quality control to ensure a smooth launch. We did not encounter these issues during testing but our engineers are working feverishly to fix them asap.

I have submitted two tickets to your support page, jackbox, and have recieved one reply asking "did you submit a ticket?" Yes I did, that is why you replied to me. I still need acknowledgment that this is an issue.

The game won't make it past the command prompt start up, and quits before I can watch the intro to the game.
