How to get Jibrael back if he does not sing the bronze?

Hi,
on one location, I meet Jibrael and decided to not let him sing the bronze. Now, I am not able to meet him again plus I am not able to beat the last Amanecida. Is this a BUG or a feature?

I found him now in the Archcathedral Rooftops. As I visited this place before, he was not there, but Cleofás was there. I guess this confused me or, the game needed to restart in order to let Jibrael come back to this place.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

You should be able to find him in the following locations:

Convent of Our Lady of the Charred Visage.
Echoes of Salt.
Archcathedral Rooftops.
Wall of the Holy Prohibitions.
Hall of the Dawning.
