La última actualización crasheó el inicio del juego

Como te dice en ese mensaje, mira si puedes mandar esos archivos de crash a los desarrolladores. Si no sabes cómo (yo tampoco lo sé, la verdad), cuélgalos por ahí y pasa el link por aquí, o Reddit o Discord, que siempre habrá alguien que sepa mejor cómo comunicarse con esta gente.

Lamentablemente no puedo hacerlo, cada vez que quiero darle a "Aceptar" la ventana se cambia a la del juego (crasheado con la pantalla congelada apenas se abre) .

Mira si puedes buscarlos a través del nombre de archivo que te dice ahí

Sorry to hear that this is happening - would it be possible to see your system information so that we can try to help? To do this:
  1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R, the Run dialogue should appear > Type dxdiag in the available text field > Click OK
  2. Click Save All Information > Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find
  3. Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://justpaste.it, http://textuploader.com or http://freetexthost.com
  4. Copy the link to your post

Thanks for that - we can see that you have an Nvidia graphics card, but can you please update your intel graphics drivers via this link and retest?

You also have this file crashing in the background: FreemakeUtilsService.exe

Can you please run your anti-virus to make sure that there isn't malware causing the crash?
