Sorry to hear you're having this issue.
Have you got any other achievements unlocked at all through Steam?
Can you please let us know exactly which achievements are not unlocking?
Can you please try verifying your game files:
- Right-click on the game in your Steam Library, choose Properties, switch to the Local Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...
- Attempt to run the game to see if the issue is resolved.

That's very strange!
Can you please test a normal NG game and see whether it works for you then?
Can you please also make sure that you're online with Steam and connected to the internet to make sure there is no issue with syncing?

Could you please share your saved game files with us?
They can be found here:
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\LocalLow\TheGameKitchen\Blasphemous\Savegames
Inside there's a folder with your Steam ID number. Please open the folder and look for files named like savegame_0.save savegame_1.save etc. depending on how many save slots you're using.
Then email this to help@team17support.com and include a link to this thread so that we can link these together.
