Tirso, bug con la entrega de la cuenta del rosario

Es mi primera run en blasphemous, segui un video para poder sacar el logro de dieta mediterranea y le he entregado todos los objetos a Tirso, concretamente los 6 que conozco que hay, ningun besador de llagas ha muerto, ya que instantaneamente tras coger un item se lo entregaba.
Mi duda es si con los DLC hay mas objetos que le debo entregar a Tirso o simplemente es un bug, ya que si le hablo me dice que le siga trayendo elementos medicinales,

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

Can you please confirm if you have defeated any of the 3 bosses for the masks?

There are a few other ways you can acquire the Knot of Rosary Rope:

1. Jondo, after solving the bell puzzle.
   
2. Grievance Ascends, in a room filled with collapsible floors and poison gas.
   
3. Given by Tirso in Albero in return for giving the last item in the Quest: Healing Herbs.
   
4. Graveyard of the Peaks, accessed by jumping on top of the elevator.
   
5. The Holy Line, below a breakable floor, requires Blood Perpetuated in Sand and Nail Uprooted from Dirt to reach.
   
6. Given by Redento at the end of his pilgrimage in the Mother of Mothers. Equip the three toes he has gifted to move the statue. Re-enter the room after him to receive the knot.

Pues entregue cada objeto justo en el momento de encontrarlo a tirso, todos los besadores de llagas siguen vivos, al darle el ultimo objeto de 6 no me dio ni el logro ni la cuenta del rosario.
Derrote los 3 boses pero antes entregue los objetos, al cruzar el puente busque los ultimos 3 objetos y los entregue antes de matar a ningun boss.
Por eso digo que lo que me ocurre es un bug y basicamente informo de ello, en el NG+ lo volvere a intentar

Yo tengo el problema de que no me recibe las hierbas, me recibió 4 de 6 y ahora tengo dos hierbas en mi inventario de adorno.

Hola, entregue todas las hierbas medicinales, segui el orden, ninguno de murio, y no me dio el logro de La Dieta Mediterranea. Sali y entre del juego y no, no me dio el logro. ¿Tiene que ver con que no mate a Quirce?
