Teleport from prie dieu not working after donation

The prie dieus refills all my fervour but the teleport is still not available which means i've donated 30k to the box and teleportation is supposed to be available after 20k, and the prie dieu's aren't taller either.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

Can you please try verifying your game files:

1. Right-click on the game in your Steam Library, choose Properties, switch to the Local Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...
   
2. Attempt to run the game to see if the issue is resolved.

If the issue continues, where do you see that it should be available after 20k?

I verified my game files and ran the game the problem persists, as I double checked various sources, it's obvious they're not consistent, but this one might be accurate:

Does your fountain look differently as the first link mentions? Is it held up by 3 men?
Are you sure that you've put in the correct amount for the teleport feature?

As I suspected the wiki is accurate as I donated enough to get the raised altar teleport, so the problem was just the inaccurate guide, thank you :)
