Sorry to hear you're having this issue.
We're glad to hear you're enjoying the game despite the issue!
Can you please make sure that you have done the following:
- Unplug the controller
- Launch the Steam client and click the controller icon at the top right to enter Big Picture Mode
- Go to Settings > Controller Settings and make sure that "Playstation/Xbox/Generic Configuration Support" are all toggled on.
- Then simply plug your controller and retest the game
Are you using the controller plugged in or wirelessly? Can you test whichever you are not using?Get back to us when you can.
Regards,
Team17 Support
Followed the above steps. Was using controller wireless. Plugged in and tried still no use of the rear triggers only?
Really want to get into this game again but no luck yet
Thanks for your reply.
We've tested this on an Xbox controller and the buttons work without an issue.
Could you please go to the configuration and check that no buttons have been changed and reset them to default?
Do you have any software installed for controllers at all? If so, please can you disable this?
If you have any other controllers you could test with can you do so and see whether the issue continues?
Get back to us when you can.
Regards,
Team17 Support
