Thanks for that - It looks like you are using a version of windows that may create issues when running videos/intros. Let's try installing the official Media Feature Pack from Microsoft and retest the game:

As you can see from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-information/ build 19041.x as OPs system is on, is much more recent, version 2004. There is no Media Feature Pack for that version as after version 1903 it has been included in all further updates by default.
I wanted to play a gameboy game on my pc but the sound was lacking. Apparently windows media feature pack wasn't automatically installed on my pc. It took me a long time to figure out that you will need a specific version of windows media feature pack in order for it to work (so in my case the 2004 edition).
So I had made a routine out of randomly booting up blasphemous to see if it miraculously started working again. So the day after I fixed the media pack stuff I launched Blasphemous and it worked!!! So that's probably it.
Figure out what edition of windows you have, install the correct media feature pack, install it and pray to god that the game works again. Good luck dude

(Just paste it would freeze when I paste the text. Text uploader has a limit of 60000 characters. Free text host it's down.)
Thanks for sharing that with us.
Your system all looks up to date, however, we can see the following crashing:
OverwolfUpdater.exe
Could you please try uninstalling this software and then test the game again?
Get back to us when you can.

But the good news is that installing the official Media Feature Pack from Microsoft may fix that problem.
To do this please go to this page and follow the instructions:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack
If the issue still persists, then please open your system settings and try to add the Media Feature Pack manually:
Navigate to Settings > Apps > Apps and features > Optional features > Add a feature, and then locate Media Feature Pack in the list of available optional features.
Note: Although you are not prompted to restart your computer, you must restart in order to successfully complete the installation of the Media Feature Pack.
