Rosary Knots not adding slots for beads

Note: I'm playing on Switch here and experiencing this issue.

Started New Game + (True Torment) on a file that had found EVERYTHING (no joke, not a single upgrade or collectible was left to be obtained/collected). Pretty sure I explored all of the map as well.
Acquired one Rosary Knot and did not have another slot for putting on Rosary beads. Still stuck at 2 slots.

I also want to add that one of the enemies you added an execution animation for (the nuns with the giant urns they use as flails) do not consistently go through their normal death animation. Sometimes they disappear after falling. Sometimes they disappear before the urn detonates. Rarely does the animation fully go through.

Sorry to hear you're having these issues.

Could you send us over a screenshot of the second issue at all?

Could you please verify your game files:

1. Right-click on the game in your Steam Library, choose Properties, switch to the Local Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...
   
2. Attempt to run the game to see if the issue is resolved

If you get another Knot is it adding a slot at all?

Switch version, as I mentioned. So I don't know how to verify the files. Also, additional knots still aren't adding rosary slots. I will upload some screenshots in another reply once I've pulled them.

As for the graphical issue with the nuns, I'll pull a brief recording of it and also upload that.

EDIT: For the Knots I didn't realize I had to visit a specific NPC to get them added onto my Rosary. Issue resolved. The graphical issue I'm still gonna pull up though.

The graphical issue isn't showing up any more. I'm not sure what changed it. It's possible it fixed itself after I needed to close out the software due to a soft lock where an entrance didn't properly open up after I went through it, which also fixed itself after closing out the software.
