immaculate bead glitched out

I went to the location of the immaculate bead and to my surprise it was not there. It is also not in my inventory, so I did not pick it up on my playthrough. Do I have to play and beat the hole game again to see if it appears or is there some sort of trick to make it appear?

I think I had this same issue, I beat the game and discovered every area in the process. I didn't even know it was an item nor was it necessary to get the true ending.

Hi both,

Sorry to hear you've had this issue.

The Immaculate bead can be acquired in the Graveyard of the Peaks, in the same room as the Confessor statue.

Could you please verify your game files to see if this helps:

1. Right-click on the game in your Steam Library, choose Properties, switch to the Local Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...
   
2. Attempt to run the game to see if the issue is resolved

Thanks for the response Team 17, the issue has been resolved I started a new game plus from the new DLC update, which is fantastic. You guys did an excellent job. I will keep your response in mind, if the glitch ever happens again. Thank you.
