Would it be possible to see your system information so that we can try to help? To do this:

1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R, the Run dialogue should appear > Type dxdiag in the available text field > Click OK
   
2. Click Save All Information > Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find
