Egg of Deformity Bug

After i gave all 3 offerings to the egg, nothing happen.
I tried to restart the game, travel to another location, yet nothing works.

Here's what did i do before this thing happens
-I give 2 offering [Torn Bridal Ribbon] [Black Grieving Veil]
-Close the game
-Give the last offering [Melted Golden Coins]
