Hi everybody! I`m trying to 100% this game because I really enjoy it. Today I finished the first playthrough, on the map screen there was a number of 100% completion, but when I looked at % completion od the game, before beating the final boss, there was a number of 99,5% or 99,95%, I don`t quietly remember. I had everything - every possible quest, bone, rosary, uprades, ALL. So I have 2 questions:
1). I`ve started NG+, so is it possible to get 100% in this mode? Like if I in previous playthrough have collected all the bones, do I have to do it again? I hear that if I beat some of the DLC bosses, my percent of completion will go more than 100%.
2). The situation is that on my first playthrough I get an A ending. Can this situation with percent-mistake occur because I didn`t get a B ending while completing the game firstly and can I get this ending in NG+?

you don't have to do it again, but the real "100%" has increased for the achievement aswell (or at least that's what I've ear, that's why I got 100% on the first run)

and no, the only way to can lock yourself from getting 100% it's getting ending C first, since you won't be able to reach the last part of the map

I'm gonna extend some information. Getting a B ending automatically counts with an "A end" as well, so you don't need to beat the game twice. But getting a "C" first locks you from A/B, and doesn't count them towards your progress (which is a bug I guess). To bypass that, you need to defeat Crisanta II with the new swordheart, and proceed the game to the end immediately without meeting her in The Brotherhood for a second time. When you defeat the final boss and get the ending _B_, you can get to go for a rendezvous with Crisanta in the Church, and receive the 4th Wound - that is the exact moment you locked out A/B endings, and unlock the new one.

Ok, so, talking about 100% the NG+ - if I`ve collected all the bones and talked with all corpses + done all quests, do I just need to get 100% map completion and collect all flask again? Do I have to take all "tears", which are on the place of obtained things?
