What is the best build to do all the bosses without healing?

there are just 2 achievements left and the boss without healing is one of them so i wanted to know if you had any good build

I used it to kill Isidora, Voice of the Dead but I did change Heart of oils to Heart of Virtuous Pain since the damage dealt was too much and parrying wasn't as easy. Hope it helps.
